PRIME RENT ESTATE LLC ("Prime Rent Estate", "we") rents and operates real estate, buys and sells its own real estate, and provides management consulting. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Guests and tenants
Identity data for registration and contracts, contacts, stay dates and payments. Door codes are unique per stay.
3. Buyers and sellers
Identity and ownership documents, contracts and payments; identification required by financial monitoring legislation.
4. Owners
Owner details, management agreements and financial reports.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (registration, property and tax law, financial monitoring), legitimate interests (property security).
6. Recipients
Notaries, registrars, banks, cleaning contractors (stay dates only). We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
